You will take 3 online, business career tests and explore which careers match your education, experience and personal values. This package includes: 4 sessions of Career Advising, x1 4pg self assessment, 3 online tests, Summary Report and 3 months of access to a specialty, business research database.
The JOB SEARCH and HIDDEN JOB MARKET package will help you jump-start your search. Create a strategic, Career Action Plan with specific goals, activities and timelines for your job search. Learn how to tap into the Hidden Job Market for your industry, to access the 80-90% of jobs which are never advertised. This package includes: 4 sessions of custom Career Advising and a Bonus Career Action Plan template.
The INTERVIEW package will help you prepare for the most common types of interviews for your industry. Interview coaching on the 7 main types of interviews including: phone, group, behavioral and case interviews. Learn about the psychology of effective interviews from the waiting room to closing the deal. Formulate custom answers using the STAR method and learn about the Recruiters’ perspective on candidate selection. This package includes 4 sessions of individual advising, customized for your career needs. Bonus SWOT analysis to identify your unique selling proposition (USP) and competitive advantage.
The RESUME Package. Create a custom resume, focused on your career needs and industry specifications. Incorporate industry-specific, “Key Words” which 80% of recruiters use to electronically screen resumes online. Understand the Psychology behind resume writing and candidate screening. Co-create an effective, business resume which targets a specific industry, sector, job function and job title. This package includes: 4 sessions of Career Advising, a resume template and a Bonus online test to access the key-word strength of your resume.

Through a collaborative process client and counselor will create a, business cover letter, targeting a specific industry, sector, job function and job title. This package includes: 4 sessions of Career Advising and a cover letter business template. Bonus conduct a Job Task Analysis to create a perfect match for your target job.
The Social Media – LINKEDIN Package. Receive the 1 to 1 support needed to create an eye-catching and professional, LinkedIn Web-page. Incorporate principles of “personal branding’ and marketing to increase search engine optimization. Note: this package typically follows the resume package and is predicated on already having a strong resume. This package includes: 4 sessions of Career Advising to create a custom, online LinkedIn profile. Bonus online LI test to access the strength of your LI page.
The PERSONAL MARKETING This is the full-service package for busy professionals. The counselor will craft a 3 professional papertools: hardcopy resume (Word), a LinkedIn resume page & a cover letter template. This package includes: 4 individual, career advising sessions and 6 hours of counselor writing (outside of session)
The FLEX PLAN Package provides the client with 4 “Mix and Match” advising sessions to meet their unique career needs.
Individual Flex Sessions: Existing clients may purchase individual Flex sessions, after their monthly package is complete – for a discounted rate.
Emergency Career session (without 24 hours notice) or Single Career Session for last minute interview preparation, sudden layoff support, severance issues EEOC, Disability rights issues
Inquire about the hourly rate for Clinical Psychotherapy and clinical counseling psychology: individual or couples families or groups.
